- and the organisation and management of the event, including reimbursement procedures where applicable.

solely for the purposes of organising and delivering the event.
Your passport/ID number will be used solely by the Finance Department of the Grant Holder Institution the University of Crete, for the purpose of reimbursement of invited participants after the event.
Please note that any payments (e.g. for meals, networking dinners, or activities) will be processed through the host’s official website or designated platforms. The organisers of this application form do not process payments and bear no responsibility for external payment services or transactions.
Your data will be securely stored and retained until the completion of the NEUTRO-NARPS.eu programme, after which it will be deleted or anonymised, unless further retention is required by applicable regulations.
Technical data related to form submissions (including IP address and geolocation data) may be collected and retained for administrative and security purposes in accordance with system settings.
