By submitting this Networking Activities Registration Form, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of organising the networking activities of the 1st Young Researchers Workshop/Meeting & 2nd Working Groups Meeting (NEUTRO-NARPS), taking place in Kraków, Poland, 3–5 September 2026.

The personal data collected through this form (such as your name, contact details, participation preferences, menu selections, dietary requirements, allergies, and any additional notes you provide) will be used exclusively for:

organising the networking lunches, dinners and guided city tour;
communicating with you regarding your selected activities;
preparing restaurant reservations and menu allocations;
accommodating dietary requirements, food allergies and accessibility needs where applicable;
coordinating participation with the Local Organising Committee and authorised service providers involved in the event.

Your information may be shared only with:

the Local Organising Committee;
the event venue and conference facilities;
the selected restaurants and catering providers;
the sightseeing tour operator or other service providers directly involved in delivering the networking activities,

solely for the purpose of organising and delivering the selected activities.

Please note that payment for the selected networking activities will be processed separately, according to the payment instructions that will be provided by the organisers. This registration form does not process payments or store any payment information.

Your personal data will be securely stored and retained only for as long as necessary to organise, administer and complete the event and any related administrative or financial procedures, after which it will be deleted or anonymised, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable legislation.

Technical information relating to your form submission (including IP address and geolocation data) may be collected automatically for administrative, security and fraud prevention purposes in accordance with the website’s system settings.

By submitting this form, you confirm that:

the information you have provided is accurate and complete;
you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes described above;
you understand that participation in the selected networking activities is subject to availability and successful completion of the required payment process;
you acknowledge that menu selections and participation may not be modified after the deadlines communicated by the organisers.
