Networking Activities Registration
Welcome to the registration form for the networking activities of the 1st Young Researchers Workshop/Meeting & 2nd Working Groups Meeting (NEUTRO-NARPS), taking place in Kraków, Poland, 3–5 September 2026.
Please use this form to confirm your participation in the planned lunches, networking dinners and the guided city tour, select your preferred menu options, and inform us of any dietary requirements.
Please submit your responses by 6 July 2026.
Day 1 – Thursday, 3 September
- Lunch buffet at the conference venue
- Networking Dinner at Morskie Oko
Day 2 – Friday, 4 September
- Lunch buffet at the conference venue
- Guided city tour (2.5 hours)
- Networking Dinner at Stara Gęś
Day 3 – Saturday, 5 September
- Lunch buffet at the conference venue
Please note: A pre-payment for all of the above activities is required by 23 August 2026.
Additional information, including the payment link, will be sent to all participants by 29 July 2026. If you have not received it, please contact coordinator@neutro-narps.eu.
Participants may receive up to €200 per day as a daily allowance to cover accommodation and meal expenses.
Additional Information
- All meals include water and tea or coffee.
- Additional beverages are not included and must be paid individually.
- Restaurant reservations are organised on a group basis; therefore, individual payment at the restaurants will not be possible.
