Welcome to the registration form for the networking activities of the 1st Young Researchers Workshop/Meeting & 2nd Working Groups Meeting (NEUTRO-NARPS), taking place in Kraków, Poland, 3–5 September 2026.

Please use this form to confirm your participation in the planned lunches, networking dinners and the guided city tour, select your preferred menu options, and inform us of any dietary requirements.

Networking Dinner at Stara Gęś – 350 PLN (Meat, fish or vegetarian menu)

Day 3 – Friday, 5 September

Payment Information

If you participate in all available networking activities, the estimated total cost will be:

(85 PLN × 3) + 257.40 PLN + 350 PLN + 40 PLN = 902.40 PLN

Lunch and sightseeing prices are indicative and will be confirmed once the final number of participants is known.

Payment instructions will be sent by email by mid-July.

The preferred payment method is bank transfer. Credit card payment may be available only in exceptional cases.

Payment deadline: 24 August 2026

Refund deadline: 26 August 2026

Exchange rate used: 1 EUR ≈ 4.24 PLN.

Participants may receive up to €200 per day as a daily allowance to cover accommodation and meal expenses.

Additional Information

All meals include water and tea or coffee.
Additional beverages are not included and must be paid individually.
Restaurant reservations are organised on a group basis; therefore, individual payment at the restaurants will not be possible.
